Thanks for the additional recommendation.  I'm not sure if OmniFocus
allows arbitrary dependencies (though I did find requests to add that
feature OmniFocus as recently as 2010).  I hadn't really considered it
before, but that might be one feature that's useful enough to warrant
using MLO over Shuffle (another Android GTD app I'm evaluating).
