MLO3 has the option to synchronize your current file with another MLO file (File->Synchronization->"Sync to other data file located on my computer, flash drive, or LAN".) It's pretty easy to just sync with a file in a Dropbox folder, or to a USB key, and no other task software I've used supports this.
