This seems to have solved the problem. I hadn't seen the setting under
the "Tools" menu and once i changed this, the problem has gone away. thank
you! I might suggest to the developer to add a note in the File |
Archive dialog that explains this fine distinction. the setting in Tools
is reasonably well buried yet i suggest it is the one more likely to be
modified.
Apologies for slow reply. Neglected to check box "email updates to me" and
just saw these responses now. Thanks for the help
