I have 1400 tasks and 3 second startup so I don't think it's a task number
issue. It's hard for me to get a true startup times because I have the
alarms and cloud sync check always running. I tried killing it with a task
killer and then it took 5 seconds to start instead of 3.

One odd thing I noticed is that MLO says, "Are you sure you want to exit?"
and I say, "Yes" but then it is still running in the task manager as an
inactive app. I do not have "keep in background" set.
