I use MLO to manage projects, each project contains about 100 tasks in folders. I'm trying to find an easy way to see what phase of a project we're currently executing. So, lets say I can take the 100 tasks and put them in four phases based on the construction, 1,2,3 or 4. Then, by looking at the outline screen, I'd like to see what phase a project is in. I was thinking about using a flag or context. Best would be something I can use in the Android client as well.
