My wife purchased MLO on 10/28/2011. She is now being locked out of the
program. It doesn't accept her activation code. She was supposedly to be
able to get a new activation code before February 10, 2012. She has been
trying to do just that since the first of February when she got a pop up
notice to update the program. She never received a new activation code
(supposedly it should have been a free upgrade for users that purchased
after July 2011). She has sent numerous unanswered emails to
[email protected].

When she runs the program she is presented with a dialog box that says,

"Your current activation code works only for previous version of MLO. For
the current new major version, you need to request a new free activation
code or purchase an upgrade depending on the date of your registration more
information on our site www.mylifeorganized.net.
The current data file is switched to the full functional trial mode so you
can try the new version.
Open registration dialog now."
[Yes] or [No]

When she chooses [Yes] the program asks for a new registration code (which
she hasn't received) and it obviously doesn't accept the original
registration code. Choosing [No] tells her,

"Your 45 day trial has expired.
If you have already purchased a license then enter your activation code in
the registration dialog of MLO application (menu help >registration).
If you have lost your activation code or it is not working please open
"registration" dialog in MLO application (menu help> registration) and
request it again on tab "resend my activation code"
[OK]

Clicking [OK] brings up another message: "If you want to extend your
evaluation period just create new data file (menu file>new...)." Which is
useless because that is throwing away a year and a half of data.

She has sent emails to support for help, she has tried retrieving her
activation code on the Activation Recovery Service page as well as
requesting her registration email as the retrieve activation code doesn't
recognize her email address and states that it doesn't exist in the
database.

She is in the middle of tax season. As a busy CPA, she doesn't have time to
deal with this nor does she have the time to switch her task lists to
another application. WE NEED A WAY TO RESOLVE THIS NOW!
