Hi Dwight, You are right, one of the pillars of a productivity system is user customization. What works for your may not work for me and vice-versa. If I have to read something when I'm not at work, that something will have two context. Displaying the task twice causes me to mentally filter one of the tasks... I really think that MLO should enable context management so that one can fit it to their needs.
