Hi, I use Android and cloud sync and I can say for certain that not one of my frequently used tasks with specified times had this problem.
There are some less frequently used tasks that are not supposed to have times that now show eirher 1am or 11pm times. This is not noticeable -if a task appears on the correct day I'm unlikely to notice that it appeared an hour early in the middle of the night.
