Thanks Dwight I'm seeing the exact opposite,. Maybe I'm not understanding you. When hierarchy is on for the to dos the hidden branches are hidden. Actually this is almost a success. And possibly good enough. I would love to see the normal "no hierarchy" to do view without the hidden items. Is this possible? Thanks! Jon
