OOoopps! Works fine. I had a folder "inbox) that I thought was empty and didn't need to bother being checked with "hide from to do" but it was actually packed with items manyof which were duplicates of other stuff that were hidden. I did a test and saw that it worked fine and then figured it out. Anyway it works fine and now I understand your answer dwights. Thanks! Sorry for the confusion. I new that was a basic feature!
