1. Flags - not sure if that is on Android. I don't use them in either Android or Windows. 2. Counters - these exist in Android. 3. Deletion/Archive - not sure what you mean by deletion of items; you can delete in Android. For archiving, I synchronize to my Windows platform and let it do the archiving.
