Hi all, 

Hmm, problems.  I'm getting an error message on my android phone when I try to 
cloud-sync


"Cloud was not able to process your request. Please try in a few moments"


When I try to sync from Windows, I get a message saying something like some 
other process is using the cloud sync, and it stops


This has been going on for a good few hours now, even after a restart of the 
phone


Windows MLO version is 4.4.2

Android MLO version is 2.12.9


The only significant change to my MLO profile is that I archived 3000 old 
completed items yesterday. Yesterday's sync from Windows to phone worked OK, if 
a little slow. Now this. 


Is this likely to be a temporary issue, something that should work right 
tomorrow? Or is it something that needs my attention? 


I wonder if syncing Windows to a new MLO cloud profile might help, and then 
synching the phone to that instead - or will that make things worse?
