hi

1) a few second ago i noticed a cloud sync problem too. 
i was syncing both the windows and android to cloud from the same wifi 
network.
I disables wifi on the phone and enabled the use of the mobile data. Sync 
went ok on both devices.

I tried to reproduce the problem by enabling wifi again on the phone. 
Couldn't reproduce anymore.
I suppose it was a coincidence, or a problem with the router. 
Try to do that too.
Please be noted that your gsm operator can charge you for using mobile 
data. Do that only if you are sure that you won't have unexpected charges.

2) also you can try to restart the phone, windows and the router (if you 
are using it).

3) if nothing helps, please contact the support by email.
