hi 1) a few second ago i noticed a cloud sync problem too. i was syncing both the windows and android to cloud from the same wifi network. I disables wifi on the phone and enabled the use of the mobile data. Sync went ok on both devices.
I tried to reproduce the problem by enabling wifi again on the phone. Couldn't reproduce anymore. I suppose it was a coincidence, or a problem with the router. Try to do that too. Please be noted that your gsm operator can charge you for using mobile data.
