Bonjour Jean,

When a task is set as a folder it is acting a bit differently then a 
regular task or a task set as a project. See it as a way to group tasks 
together. 

For your example, unselect "Folder" and it will behave like you want. As 
for the "Complete in order" it is a separate option that also works with 
regular Main task
