Follow-up Comment #4, bug #15200 (project mypaint):
I think I know now why the color sampler starts with 100% red: you can't
change the hue at all if it is black. (Might be a legacy bug... brush engine
takes color as HSR, some needless roundtrip hsr-->rgb-->hsr happening
somewhere.)
