Do you mean that the MyPaint window on opening is just a bit smaller than the
area it should have when maximized? Thats how it looks from file #9098
If that is the case, it might already have been fixed in current git.
In any case, this works just fine on Ubuntu 10.04 (Metacity), so I'm tagging
this with [Windows]
