Follow-up Comment #6, bug #15974 (project mypaint):
I've reported this before but have lose it cause it's not mypaint fault but
GTK. The gap is equal to the height of windows taskbar, that time I suggest
to add Y offset but since this is GTK's we should better wait the fix from
them. However Windows platform are stuck at GTK 2.16 at the momment due to
nasty bug (post 2.16) that prevented me to put any newer GTK, next candidate
is GTK 3.0
I must manually drag the window to just "almost" fill the screen. GIMP also
does this.
