When saving fails, can you still save as PNG or JPEG instead of ORA?
I am pasting a bugreport from another Windows user here which is likely the
same problem:
"I've only been using MyPaint for about a month, and I hadn't had any issues
until now. I went to save my work, and a popup showed up saying there was a
bug detected. I don't know how to fix this, if I can do anything. I operate
in Windows XP. The problem occurs randomly. When I try to 'save' or 'save
as', even 'save as scrap', the pop-up comes up declaring detection
of a bug. It's only when I try saving using the Open Raster format. I've
saved in .PNG and .JPEG just fine.Also, when I've
tried saving, sometimes the new file name doesn't appear on the top program
bar. I'll go into my documents, and there'll be a
file with '.ora.tmpsave' as an extension. Those won't open, though.Everything
else seems to work just fine. It's just
incredibly annoying and inconvenient to not be able to save my layers."
