. Gnome HIG calls them Popup Menus in English too, rather than context menus
or any of the many other possible names.
Popup menus like this give us the opportunity of moving very important or
frequently-used actions to the top level of the menu. I haven't done that,
but it'd be interesting to gather people's thoughts on what might belong
there.
