I still think this just isn't an useful bugreport. I am sure that there is a
valid need for something that is lacking in mypaint behind this (eg. more
intuitive way to modify some brush settings, possibily several of them at
once).
But as far as I understand what you are proposing, I think it's not something
you could implement without running into question after question how it was
meant to work. Brush dynamics of the different setting can depend on each
other a lot.
This might be something interesting to try implement and see whether it is
useful or not, but not something we need on our shared todo list (aka
bugtracker). I'm closing this.
But to join the brainstorming: we could add sliders/curves for the effect
strength of each input. For example, modify the strenght of the speed input
for all brush settings. Or add a "global" pressure curve to the brush.
