I wasn't able to reproduce this the way Deevad did it, but I can see where
there might be problems with hardcoding things like default groups. Just
pushed

which should make the default group name merely a suggestion. MyPaint should
make hopefully informed guesses about things if the defaults doesn't exist now
:)
David: could you pull the corresponding head and see whether the problem you
reported has disappeared?
