Follow-up Comment #4, bug #17401 (project mypaint):
About snap, it depends, if it would be too sensitive it will be hard to use
it with tablet, to big treshhold it will be irritating to get some degrees,
and hotkey is always faster, bam and done. So it depends on implementation I
guess, but in my opinion snapping can be very irritating some times.
