Follow-up Comment #8, bug #17620 (project mypaint):
Update: Another workaround is to use the Display Toggle function on the
Cintiq 21UX before launching MyPaint. This somehow allows MyPaint to recognize
the Cintiq as the input device instead of the mouse when it launches.
