Details:
Right now the frame is moved by pressing an obscure key combination, and then
dragging it around on the canvas. Manipulating the size can only be done using
the frame dialog.
This less than ideal.The frame interaction, both move and resize should
instead happen on-canvas, similar to of what GIMP, Shotwell et.c. does.
