Follow-up Comment #4:
Frame interaction now happens via an interaction mode with a dialog as
described in comment 1. Cursors reflect what happens when you click and drag,
and the command can be bound to a pointer button too. If a modifier is held
when the mode enters, the dialog doesn't appear and the mode lasts only for as
long as you hold down the modifiers: all adjustment must happen on-screen.
