those missing attributes introduced in pygtk 2.18 (gtk-2.18.defs) while
unfortunately mypaint win32 have non functional (causing startup crash)
pressure tablet support in GTK >= 2.18 and GTK 3.0. But will run fine with
mouse or non pressure-enabled tablet.
MyPaint win32 use GTK 2.16.6 currently
