Martin, AFAIK this is where thing started messed up for win32 platform

and "about GTK+ 3.0 doesn't work" it is just my assumption cause I've build
one and run the demo it's as awfully broken as GTK 2.18, GTK 2.22 is the best
after 2.16 but doesn't fix tablet issue
