Follow-up Comment #1, bug #18186 (project mypaint):
I'm not sure if requring 2.18 is a valid bug.
The real problem here is that newer GTK+ versions than 2.16 do apparently not
work for MyPaint on win32. What exactly are the issues? Are they reported
against GTK?
