Details:
Currently in mypaint you use the 'F' and 'D' buttons a lot to resize brushes.
I would like to propose a method like used in both Krita and Blender Sculpt
mode where you press a button that shows a widget for resizing, then you
resize the brush. I think that this should also be added as an additional
feature instead of replacing the current resizing as it does not allow dynamic
resizing of the brush.
