Follow-up Comment #3, bug #18452 (project mypaint):
(Side note:) I think it is save to assume that all users have at least some
clumsy way to right-click which is good enough for one-time GUI setup.
Otherwise they wouldn't be running unmodified standard applications like
mypaint.
