Details:

When opening MyPaint, the colour is always set to RGB 0,0,0, rather than the
last-used colour in the colour history. This means the first brush stroke
will likely not be the expected one, and the last color in the history will
get bumped off the list by mistake. Workaround is to click the last-used
colour in the history on program start to avoid using the wrong one.

Seems related to behaviour when opening a saved file - colour sets to the
last-used one on the file, but the history is not changed.

So, I guess it's really two problems:

1. The last-used colour in history should be the active one

2. If last-used colour in a file is saved, it should probably also retain
the five-colour history and load it as well.
