Follow-up Comment #5, bug #20068 (project mypaint):
Nope, no focus-follows-mouse. I used to use it, but I quit because I find it
too useful to be able to mousewheel in window2 (inactive) while typing in
window 1(active) too. (I mention this because I don't remember if that's
normal click-focus behaviour or something I've modified in the past, and thus
could be relevant)
