Details:
pen functions fine but there is no cursor to indicate screen position of pen.
This is not the case with other graphics apps -- usually the mouse pointer
disappears and the pen pointer becomes visible when in the tablet area.
I have no idea what process is making the mouse cursor and pen switch priority
but it is not happening in mypaint since before 1.0, windows or linux.
