I can only agree with David here. I also get confused by the icons every time I do brush editing now. I never can remember which icon does what. And triggering a GTK tooltip with a wacom stylus is a rather annoying exercise. The text buttons are much uglier, but easier to hit and easier to recognize. I have changed this in master.
