Only the non-video portions of the UI are drawn by Qt. Since that's by definition not video playback, and isn't being displayed at video frame rates, it has absolutely no need to know anything about the vsync or anything else, really, aside from what resolution + dpi to display at. Please, get a clue before spouting off extremely inaccurate comments.
