Sorry I can't help with your problem as I'm still only in the MythTV setup stage. But I am very heartened to hear that you had a working DVB-S/CAM implementation in Australia. I'm looking to use a similar setup myself with Austar.
I take it that you are using the old style Foxtel and have not switched to their new digital service ? Also could you please tell me what firmware revision your CAM is (and maybe if you don't mind where you sourced it) ?
