OK, I found the settings and they are defaulted to xv.  Should I disable xv to
compile with XvMC support? or does it matter?

ran hdparm -t and got 54.55/MB sec

I can compile from here but won't be able to test with mythfrontend till I get
back to the house tomorrow.
