This is a common problem, the nvidia drivers don't seem to allow for overscan correction when outputting via DVI.
What you can do for Myth is setup a custom front end size. In Setup > Appearance there is a screen with GUI size and offset settings. It can take some messing around, but basically play with X and Y offset until you get the top left corenr right, then play with GUI size to get the bottom right corner. Then turn on Use GUI size for TV playback to have it use the same settings. You may also have to mess with overscan and scan displacement in Setup > TV Settings > Playback to get things perfect.
