After installing an HD-3000 card, all of the dvb-apps package, and the firmware, the azap program showed that the card is working with several channels having strong signals. FE_HAS_LOCK shows up along with high signal values, error rates of all zeros.
What are the next steps to getting mythtv to tune and record ? Using the Guide (EPG) to record from the HD-3000 results in just snow. So, I looked in mythtv-setup's Channel Editor and found that the "Default" was set for all channels, "Default" being NTSC. Does that mean going thru the Channel Editor and changing all the HDTV channels to ATSC? Since the system has a working PVR-350, I'd guess that only the channels numbered like 2_1, 9_1, 9_2, etc., have to be changed to ATSC. What other steps have to be done before mythtv will recognize and record from the HD-3000 card ?
