Dear MZmine users,

We have just released MZmine 2.3.

This release has a number of new modules, some of which are implemented in R.
Please check the change log for details about new features:
http://mzmine.sourceforge.net/changelog.shtml

Also, please note that the peak detection workflow has changed since last
version. Peak detection is now performed in several steps using separate
modules:
- Mass detection
- Mass list filtering
- Chromatogram construction
- Deconvolution
Details can be found in the embedded manual.

MZmine 2.3 can be downloaded from the project website at
http://mzmine.sourceforge.net/

Best regards,

Tomas
