Dear MZmine users, After almost two years break, we have released MZmine 2.11.
This version contains lots of bug fixes and two major updates: - the GUI has been changed to multi-window style, to support operation on multiple screens - a new two-dimensional peak detection algorithm called GridMass was added (developed by Victor Trevino) Please check the change log for more details: http://mzmine.sourceforge.net/changelog.shtml Note: previous versions of MZmine contained a bug in the Join Aligner module: the "m/z weight" parameter was completely ignored. If you want to reproduce your previous results perfectly in MZmine 2.11, please set the value of this parameter to 0.
