We have just released MZmine 2.5.

Please note that in order to use the ChemSpider search you now need to supply
your own ChemSpider security token. You can generate your own token by
registering for a (free) ChemSpider account (http://chemspider.com). Then log
into your account and obtain your token from your user profile.
MZmine 2.5 can be downloaded from the project website at
http://mzmine.sourceforge.net/
