I'm planning on extending the Batch Mode function of MZmine so that you can save a Batch Queue (BQ) to a file and then load it again later for re-use.
I think the best way to do this is to write each of the BQ's methods (and their parameters) to the file re-using the XML "schema" that is used to persist (default) module parameters (in config.xml).
Any comments on the feasibility of this or other suggestions welcomed.
