Hi Chris,

This is certainly a useful feature. The code to save the batch queue
is already there (it is saved to config.xml during mzmine shutdown, as
you mentioned), so all you need to add is the GUI. The queue files may
not be 100% compatible between MZmine versions, but the missing
parameters can always be fixed manually after the BQ is loaded, so I
think it is not a big deal.
