Hi Li,

The 3D visualizer is working. Your Java3D installation is probably not linked 
correctly to your Java runtime. 
Do you have multiple JRE installed? 32-bit vs 64-bit? Did you install 32-bit or 
64-bit Java3D?
What OS platform are you using, actually?
