Hi,
I hope this is the right email to ask this question.
I am currently using MZmine 2.2 and have imported mzXML files converted from
Agilent ToF.d files. I have used pwiz file conversion tool with and without a
peak picker filter (Binary encoding precision is set to 64bit).
However when I come to upload these onto MZmine, peaks are found but the masses
recognised are things like 0.03, 0.11 m/z which is odd. It looks like it's
getting RT muddled with mass maybe.
Is this to do with the file conversion or MZ mine compatibility with converted
Agilent data do you think?
Many Thanks,
Mike Dickinson.
