Hi guys,

I just had someone from Thermo visiting me, and he gave me the "slicer"
program which is called "Recalibration offline", it is normally used for
FT-MS data, but you can also slice the data from an LTQ for example into
positive and negative "slices", the only things you have to make sure of is
that you have at least the same version as the version of your Xcalibur
where the data was acquired with or a higher version, for example data
acquired with Xcalibur 2.1 will not work with the lower version of
Recalibration offline. Best is to get the 2.1 version of Recalibration
offline. Data acquired on a lower version of Xcalibur will also work with
Recalibration offline v2.1. One disadvantage is that you have to do one file
at the time and rename them, but otherwise it works perfect.

Cheers,
Geert.
