My MZmine steps as following
Raw data imput
Filtering- Scan by scan filtering- Resampling filter-m/zbin length 2ppm
Peak detection- mass detection- centroid= noise 1.0 E4, MS level 1
Chromatogram builder-mass list 1= min time span 0.1, min height 1.0E4,
mass tolerance- 3ppm

This data was collected under Parent ion Scan. Please take look.
