Hi Geert

What you are asking for is currently not possible. You are welcome to add it as
a request but we cannot promise anything:
https://github.com/mzmine/mzmine2/issues

If you or anyone from your group has Java programming skills then we encourage
you to participate in making the enhancement.

Other than allowing changing the colours of the chromatograms then it might
also be interesting to add the option to save the graphs as vector files - e.g.
EMF and EPS files. This should allow editing of all parts of the graph in image
processing programs.

Best,

Thomas

Hi,

I was wondering, is it possible to color the chromatograms by group? For
example if i have 2 groups of 8 replicates, i would like to see the
chromatograms of group 1 in red and the ones of group 2 in black. I don't think
this function is available yet right?
Is there any one who could help me with that?

Cheers,
Geert
