Hello, I am emailing on behalf of a group of students doing research at Albany College of Pharmacy in NY. We are trying to use your software in our lab, but it doesn't seem to be working for us. We have tried everything we can think of, but for some reason it still can't even open the sample file downloaded directly from the website. Is there an issue with the program running on Windows 7?
